tomb Posted December 15, 2013 Share Posted December 15, 2013 Hi there, How can I configure WHMCS so that it doesn’t remove server error messages as well as footer messages? The reason for this that some clients open a Support Ticket and forward us their computer or any kind of mail errors. Administrators WHMCS John Posted December 18, 2013 Administrators Share Posted December 18, 2013 Hi, You can stop WHMCS from stripping forwarded and quoted messages from email replies by truncating the tblticketbreaklines table.
