Invalid token error after upgrade to 5.2.13 patch

I'm hoping this is simple and not the beginning of another raft of bugs from a security patch update.

 

I went to edit the reply I had made on a support ticket and instead of getting the ticket text in edit mode, I get: Invalid Token

 

Anyone any ideas?

I am also getting invalid token error when trying to use Intelligent Search field. there is a small 'no-entry' sign (red circle with white bar) displayed at the bottom of the entry field.

 

I suspect there is a link with the post above seeing as same error message, although I can access my support tickets and update.
