This is the official bug report section?

The whmcs supporters are from india (outsourced)... i think not that they are able to understand this case so i published this in the bug section that a whmcs team member can take a look at this. There is no section "security team" or "bug reports" in the support system.

No they're not. We don't have any outsourced support staff in India or anywhere else for that matter.

 

As for your ticket, will get someone to take a look at it.

First I have heard of WHMCS having indian support, what makes you think this?

Any chance of a link to the thread?

 

I second this, If you have seen a post making false claims it should be able to be responded to by whmcs or a removal request placed.

 

On point though. If you want to know how whmcs handles things then your first point of call should be whmcs, they can best answer your questions.
