DennisHermannsen Posted February 23, 2020 Share Posted February 23, 2020 Has anyone else experienced that WHMCS reports used disk space and bandwidth really incorrectly in version 7.9.2? We have accounts that show 2MB used in cPanel, but WHMCS reports them as more than 5GB used. I know version 7.9.2 was supposed to include sub accounts' usage in the reseller's usage, but it seems to have messed it up for every other account. Just waiting for the disaster of overage billing and customer complaints at the end of the month...... Mine is showing customers using all of their disk space when they've used around 2% as example.
