WHMCS 7.8 Creditcard runtime error

Hi ,

Today ı was trying to pay my invoice via credit card but ı got an error such as like in the attachment then ı solve the problem without saving the creditcard but ı guess this is a bug in new version.Is there anyone got an error ?

Can you explain that situation our moderators ? because ı want to save my creditcard and our customers pleasee :(

have you tried updating to v7.8.2 as that got released yesterday with numerous bug fixes.

I did report the thread yesterday for it to be moved to the v7.8 discussion forums, which will be your best chance of having the thread seen by the support guys, but it's not been moved yet.

Which payment gateway are you using here please?

it is custom payment gateway it just gives an error when ı select the save my credit card option.

Hi @SametALMDR,

This error indicates that your gateway is not passing the credit card number. Please ensure your gateway is properly passing the cardnum value in the _capture function.
