  1. Seeing an Oops error page like this indicates an error occurred during the generation of the page. The error can be anything, from a simple notice or warning to a fatal error that halts execution. It's the PHP error reporting level on your server that determines which types of errors will trigger it. In this case, it appears the error is just a low level warning and not something to be concerned about. It does however suggest your PHP error_reporting level on the server is a little high for a production environment and we would recommend reducing it in your servers php configuration to 0, or at least to exclude warnings and notices. -Ed

    Marketconnect SSL

How did you provision the SSL? For the automation to take effect, you need to add the SSL to the cPanel hosting account service as an add-on. When you do that and it is attached to the cPanel hosting, it should then be able to detect the account you want to provision it to and perform the automated steps upon the create action being triggered. -Ed

    Any Plesk Onyx Users Here?

Hi there, The Plesk provisioning works just like with cPanel. Our Plesk module supports provisioning, suspending/unsuspending, terminations, password resets, upgrades/downgrades and usage stats importing. Yes only one Plesk account is created per client in WHMCS so users have one login to access and manage all of their domains. WHMCS cannot provision addons to Plesk accounts at this time. (Note we don't support this with cPanel either). If you have any further questions, just let us know. -Ed

    Market Connect Website Builder

Hi there, The reason you're receiving this message is just that you haven't yet provisioned a Weebly service. It's not until you make your first purchase of a Weebly Site Builder service that an account will get created for you. Once you've made a purchase, this link will take you to where you can manage all the sites of your customers - until the first has been purchased, there's no sites to manage. -Ed
  5. Hey Damo, The Full Friendly Rewrite option keeps the knowledgebase and announcement links exactly the same as before. If you're still having problems with it, please open a ticket and somebody here will be happy to take a look. -Ed

That's exactly right. The $assetLogoPath will be set with the path to one of those two logo image files, whichever exists. If neither does, it won't be set, and your company name will be displayed instead. -Ed
  7. An issue has been identified that affects installations with active add-ons at the time of upgrade. The 7.2.1 release resolves this issue so if you try upgrading again, you should find it can complete without issue. Please let us know if you experience any further problems. -Ed

    TFA Continuous Logout

When Two-Factor authentication is set to be forced, you will be redirected to the My Account page upon login to activate it. However if there are no Two-Factor Authentication providers enabled, that would be a problem. You will need to contact our support team to get this resolved. -Eddy

Where is the good old cron information ?

I'm interested to understand more about what you do with this list? You can always view the Suspended accounts by navigating to Clients > Products/Services > Search/Filter > Status = Suspended. The prior cron report did not include a list of the domains which had expired either. In-fact, we didn't even list the number that expired, so in this particular instance we are providing information that was not available to you previously. To locate the domains which expired you would just navigate to Clients > Domain Registrations, filtering for the Expired status and sorting by the Expiry Date column. -Eddy

Open Invoices widget - Updated for 7.1

The output is being built as a heredoc so you might find you can enclose it in curly braces {AdminLang::trans('xxx')} to have it work inline, otherwise defining as a variable first would be the only way. For a title to use language variables, you would want to do that via a constructor method: use AdminLang; public function __construct() { $this->title = AdminLang::trans('global.success'); } HTH -Eddy

Open Invoices widget - Updated for 7.1

Great job on this @twhiting9275 One suggestion that might simplify the code somewhat is to use the model that's available for invoices (http://docs.whmcs.com/classes/7.1/WHMCS/Billing/Invoice.html). For example: use WHMCS\Billing\Invoice; $unpaidInvoices = Invoice::with('client')->unpaid()->get(); foreach ($unpaidInvoices as $invoice) { // ... } As well if you move that to the data method, you could take advantage of the caching. @brian For language variables you should be using the translation helper available in WHMCS 6+: AdminLang::trans('some.variable') -Eddy

Where is the good old cron information ?

In Version 7, we've been working to make the cron activity more accessible and easier to interpret. We've added features like the Automation Status admin dashboard widget, Automation Status page itself and the Module Queue. With the new cron report, there's less scrolling to get the information you want (particularly for our larger customers), and the Automation Status and Module Queue features allow you to see and drill down into failed actions a lot more easily. We're open to honest constructive feedback and are very interested to hear what would make the new cron automation features even more useful to you. Thanks! -Eddy

Access staff to special report page

At this time it is not possible to control access to individual reports on a per admin user basis. If this is something you would like to see, I would recommend opening a feature request at https://requests.whmcs.com/ -Eddy

WHMCS Daily System Cron Attention Needed

You're right brian, that hotfix is compatible with version 7.1.1. However, that fix is only needed if you are invoking the cron using special arguments, specifically a do command that restricts the actions the cron performs. I would recommend starting here to troubleshoot this issue: http://help.whmcs.com/m/automation/l/678266-resolve-daily-cron-not-executing-within-the-expected-hour -Eddy

How to change base conv. rate of default currency

I might be wrong but I think you have to pay to use the API to fetch exchange rates from xe.com. By default, WHMCS gets exchange rate data from the ECB: http://docs.whmcs.com/Currencies#Auto_Updating_Rates -Eddy
