Hello there

On every WHMCS upgrade I usually go to cpanel>find wanted tpl file to edit LOGOS and footer and I was thinking if someone have found a way to create a litle automation on that to make thing easy.

It inspiring more having my own logo on admin instead of looking all the time to WHMCS logo.

Same thing for ADMIN LOGIN

I think if those files are not encrypted we are allowed to change it, hope I am not only one who usually changed it 🤔🤔 That been said, if we could create a custom folder with our logo, and point a hook to looking for that logo and replace a WHMCS logo, so this will ensure on each upgrade will preserve our logo and not all the time goes to cpanel to edit tpl file.
Same idea for Branded powerd by. Why not powerd by company, if I am paying for PLUS license every month even if my client number would be in STARTER tier, so I guess I can override WHMCS name there too.

So there is any workaround?

I would have thought for the images, you could just replace logo.gif and whmcs.png with your own images, and as long as they were reasonably the same dimensions, there would be no need to touch the templates - sadly, the complicating part would be that I think the WHMCS automatic updater would replace the images during an update (as they'd be treated as WHMCS core files)... 🙄

you could use a hook to change the image in the header, but you'll see the original WHMCS logo first and then a second later, it will be replaced by the image specified in the hook - so not a satisfactory solution.

you can edit the login.tpl template and WHMCS don't care whether you remove the Powered By from the admin area... I doubt you could use a hook on the login page, so changing the image or editing the template, would likely be your only options.
