WHMCS ChrisD
@ganje Are you wanting to check the domains that have been looked up? They are Under Utilities > Logs > WHOIS Lookup If you are wanting to check who made changes to the WHOIS information for a domain that would be in the Client Log If you are trying to do something else please provide more details so we can better assist

ganje
What you mean by client? Client is some one who is registered or means every one that visits website?
WHMCS ChrisD
@ganje anyone that has visited your website, it logs all searches for a domain so if they search to buy a new domain name it will show up in that log

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted July 9, 2019 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted July 9, 2019 Hi @ganje, Which lookup provider is selected? (Setup > Products/Services > Domain Pricing) The Whois log will show checks done via Standard Whois. If using a different lookup provider such as a registrar or the WHMCS Namespinning service, they won't be logged to the Whois log.

ganje
by using standard whois, my problem solved. before it was configured on registrar. thanks everyone
PapaKai
Hey @ganje! 😏 Let me for completeness also point out that availability checks based on whois are a) slow b) not always reliable c) not supporting premium domain names that's why the better idea is to stick to your registrar as provider even though this isn't providing what you're looking for.
