Invoice Unpaid Reminder

Hi

I have 2 questions please related to Billing settings.

1. The module at the attached screenshot will send a reminder for unpaid invoices for Hosting and Domains or Hosting only?

2. For hosting reminders: I need the system to send more than 1 (Invoice Unpaid Reminder) to the clients before the overdue reminders, same as Domain Reminders.

Hi Craft,

The settings you have highlighted applies to all invoices generated in WHMCS, regardless of what the invoice is for.

Based on your configuration, WHMCS will send a reminder 7 days before the invoice is due, and then 1, 2 and 3 days after the invoice is due .

Yea I know that.

But is there any option to send more than 1 reminder to the clients before the overdue reminders, same as Domain Reminders where I can send 3 reminders.

@WHMCS ChrisD

The invoice generation module is generating invoices for hosting renewals only but never generated before any invoice for domain renewal. (Check Screenshot)
The system is sending (Upcoming Domain Renewal Notice) emails, regarding to (Domain Reminder Settings) only without generating any invoice! (Check Screenshot)

If domain reminders are being sent and the domain falls within the invoicing settings (but hasn't been invoiced yet), this suggests that "Disable Auto Renew" is enabled on the domain. Disabling it will allow WHMCS to generate a renewal invoice during the next daily cron tasks run. Alternatively, an invoice can be generated immediately using the "Invoice Selected Items" function on the Client Summary page for the client in the admin area.

Is Auto renew enabled on the domain @Craft?

@WHMCS ChrisD Ok I enabled "Auto Renew" on the domain and the invoice has been generated successfully!

Now, which email reminders module the system will gonna send to the clients? (Billing Settings reminders) or (Domain Reminder Settings) or both?

it will be both - they're independent of each other.

though assuming invoice due date is the same as the domain renewal date, going by your above settings, only 7 days before will they receive two separate emails at the same time.
