  1. @isixhosting´╗┐ this is intended to enable manual review of orders, this could indeed be used as part of checking and potentially identifying fraudulent behaviour which isn't detected by your automated fraud checking processes. For some payment methods, it may be possible to cancel transactions before they complete avoiding the need to issue a full refund (which can incur fees) so this can be beneficial for some users. If you would like to see this process work differently, or have an additional option to automatically accept orders which meet a specific criteria then the best thing to do is raise a Feature Request here: https://requests.whmcs.com/ We can then review and gather community feedback and consider making a change to how this works.
  2. This sounds like something which would be good for us to double check. I would suggest raising a ticket with our team, including the version you upgraded from and to and your cPanel login details so we can check the update logs and see if we can spot any issues which may have caused this.
  3. For development purposes you may find a developer license is the best to provide access to a WHMCS installation, without the 3rd party having access to your live system.   4. This is not an error I have seen previously reported, it seems like this may be due to invalid data somewhere in the system causing the problem. I would suggest disabling any custom modules or hooks you have and confirming if the issue persists first.   5. Hello Phabs, This can occur for a variety of reasons, usually this indicates a problem with the TLD configuration in WHMCS. While there isn't a way to do this for domain names without adjusting the next due dates I do note there is a feature request which you might like to add your vote to here: https://requests.whmcs.com/topic/allow-single-monthly-invoice-for-all-servicesdomains Do also feel free to add any comments if there is something you'd like to add! Voting and commenting on feature requests helps to get these onto our developer radar and helps our team decide what to work on next.
  8. Hello @bananacy This indicates you have $smtp_debug = true set in your configuration.php file - can you check your configuration.php file and ensure this is commented out if present?
  9. As mentioned by @zitu4life you can set the automatic provisioning options for each product - this will mean that when the invoice is paid the product can be automatically provisioned. However the order itself will remain pending. This is by design as by default WHMCS will keep orders pending so you can manually review and accept. Hi There, I've seen this issue when MySQL Strict Mode was enabled on the server and caused issues with the updater performing the required database changes to the schema, resulting in missing columns in various database tables. As a first step I would suggest checking and ensuring that MySQL Strict Mode is disabled on your server, we have a great guide on how to do this here: https://help.whmcs.com/m/installation/l/678317-disabling-mysql-strict-mode Once disabled you will likely need to manually apply the required database changes, you should ensure you take a suitable database backup before making any live changes: alter table `tbllog_register` modify `namespace_value` mediumtext COLLATE utf8_unicode_ci NOT NULL; alter table `tblemailmarketer` add `created_at` timestamp NOT NULL DEFAULT '0000-00-00 00:00:00' AFTER `marketing`; alter table `tblemailmarketer` add `updated_at` timestamp NOT NULL DEFAULT '0000-00-00 00:00:00' AFTER `created_at`; alter table `tblclients` add `email_preferences` TEXT COLLATE utf8_unicode_ci DEFAULT NULL AFTER `email_verified`; You can then compare the table schemas to the .sql files under resources/sql/install/ and add any missing fields to the tables in the appropriate places using a tool like PHPMyAdmin.   11. You can create custom widgets, we have developer docs on this here: https://developers.whmcs.com/advanced/widgets/ The default widgets are also unencoded, so you can copy one of those and adapt it to your needs if desired.
  12. It sounds like the connection may be being blocked by the firewall, have you checked with your provider / server admin to ensure the ports are open and there are no firewall blocks?   13. Hi, It looks like you are using the IMAP port for the SMTP configuration, you should be able to use Port 465 with SSL to connect to Microsoft Exchange Server and send mail in WHMCS. Can you try this port? If you continue to have problems, please feel free to raise a support ticket and we can investigate further if needed.
  14. Hi Craft, The settings you have highlighted applies to all invoices generated in WHMCS, regardless of what the invoice is for. Based on your configuration, WHMCS will send a reminder 7 days before the invoice is due, and then 1, 2 and 3 days after the invoice is due .
