Problems with cPanel v74 and WHMCS 5.3

Recommended Posts

I know that WHMCS 5.3 by far have been EOL'ed, but we're still having some reasons to stay on this version. When our cPanel servers were updated to v74 last night, module commands stopped working. This is the module log:

	Array

	    [HTML] => Array
	        (
	            [HEAD] => Array
	                (

	                                    [0] =>
	                                    [1] =>
	                                )

	                            [TITLE] => WHM Login
	                            [LINK] => Array
	                                (
	                                    [0] =>
	                                    [1] =>
	                                    [2] =>
	                                )

	                            [STYLE] =>
	/*
	  This css is included in the base template in case the css cannot be loaded because of access restrictions
	  If this css is updated, please update securitypolicy_header.html.tmpl as well
	*/
	.copyright {
	  background: url(- Removed -) no-repeat scroll center top transparent;
	  background-size: 25px auto;
	}

	                            [SCRIPT] =>
	    window.DOM = { get: function(id) { return document.getElementById(id) } };

	                        )

	                )

	        )

	)

Is there anything that can be done about this, or is it just tough luck?

Hi @WHMCS ChrisD!

I know. I've been trying to tell my boss that we need to upgrade, but unfortunately there's a lot of custom code involved in the current website that doesn't work with v6 or v7. I know that it's crucial to keep WHMCS up to date, but it's his decision, not mine, unfortunately.

There's no custom login page, no.
