    zoho smtp not working

The connection refused error indicates that your SMTP server is either rejecting the connection or more likely cannot properly connect (either wrong Encryption Type, Hostname, Port Number, or combination of these). I would recommend reaching out to your sysadmin to ensure the server itself can communicate to the SMTP server via the configuration you have specified and double check the provided details.

Moving from subdomain to primary domain

There should not be any conflict so long as no file names conflict.

How To Edit The PHP Files

The files referenced do not yet exist until you create them. This is part of the hook system, you will want to read more about this here: https://developers.whmcs.com/hooks/ You simply need to create the necessary hook files with the content you learned from reading the Navigation documentation in order to modify the links.

    Problem on configproductoptions.php

I would recommend opening a ticket so our Technical Support team can take a closer look. This sounds pretty isolated/specific to your instance which may require a closer look. You may open a case here: https://www.whmcs.com/support

    Question about GenInvoices due date

Thanks for posting! I'm happy to advise on your questions. 1. This is expected behavior and cannot be modified. This is the basis of how WHMCS generates invoices. 2. Based on your sample code, it does not appear you are sending an array to the API. Try modifying that to be an array (even though there is only 1): 'action' => 'GenInvoices', 'serviceids' => [204], // See https://developers.whmcs.com/api/authentication 'username' => '9pTW8lfy9RYGZWiby2fAJktSBjb96Tvn', 'password' => 'cGN3dGyA1rpv38np9NBClJ2N60y7MNEJ', 'responsetype' => 'json',

    What triggers AfterModuleCreate?

This hookpoint is executed any time the _ModuleCreate function is ran. This would be any time a module is provisioned. This would happen when a staff member manually presses the Create button from the Client's Products/Services account, when a customer places an order and the Run Module Create function is executed. If an administrator creates an order, this would run when the administrator Accepts the order and the Run Module Create box is ticked. This only runs, however, if the creation function is successful.
  7. This was not necessarily caused by the change in v76. If you have a valid package called "Custom" in all of your WHM instances, this will continue to work. If you do not, after v76 implemented the package existence verification would prevent the API from being able to create the account. In any regard, you must ensure you have the proper permissions for packages and one thing that trips up many customers is the API permission for viewglobalpackages. If you create a package as a root user in WHM, you can name it literally anything you want. If you create it as a reseller user, the package will always be named username_packagename. If you do not have the viewglobalpackages permission enabled, the WHM API will only list things that match username_xxxxxxx even if the API Token was created under the root user's account.

    Problem with Accepting an order

Based on your screenshot, you are choosing to Run the Module Create however no server is selected. This is likely your error reason. You can also enable the Module Debug Log to confirm the error via the Utilities >> Logs >> Module Log screen, and attempt to accept again. Then browse back to that Module Log page to see the errors.

    .js code some mistake

Hey there! You may want to elaborate a bit more on what this code is supposed to do, and what it is currently doing (that makes it "broken"). The more details you provide, the better chances someone will be able to assist you 🙂

    chicken or egg??

@rangestech Brian is correct here. You must meet all of the system requirements listed before attempting the update: https://docs.whmcs.com/System_Requirements Ioncube v10.1 and beyond are backwards compatible, so you should be able to update to the System Requirements for v7.5 (with the exception of PHP 7.1 or PHP 7.2) and your current version will still run properly until at which time the upgrade could be performed.
  11. Version 1.0.0

An issue has been identified in the 7.6.0 release - published on 31st July, 2018 - that causes slowness within the Admin Area

Many of the new fa fonts broken

Unfortunately you are correct. While the grand majority of the stock templates were properly updated, it appears that a few were missed. As such, bug cases have been opened to have these corrected as soon as possible.

    Domain sync cron

That would be perfectly fine. Please have a look at the documentation published here regarding the new Domain Sync being integrated in the normal Cron, as well as the adjustments you can make: https://docs.whmcs.com/Crons#Domain_Sync_Cron
  14. Thanks for contacting WHMCS! The reason you receive the Module not found error is because no module is assigned to the product/service. WHMCS is designed to attempt to run a function once a service is renewed and because there is no module, there is no function. More information: https://docs.whmcs.com/Provisioning_Issues#Required_Product_Module_.27.27_Missing We really recommend setting these products up to use the AutoRelease module. This ensures that WHMCS has a module to work with, even if no action is required. Some logic was updated in v7.6 that resulted in this error now being fully logged, however this has been documented and suggested for quite some time.

    Oops! Something went wrong (Again)

Since errors are not displaying still, I would recommend ensuring the display_errors option is set to On in your php.ini file. If that still doesn't reveal the error, I would recommend opening up a Support Ticket so we can further assist you by looking directly at your installation.
