Smarty Error: Unable to load template file 'default/includes/alert.tpl'

Hello,

 

Smarty Error: Unable to load template file 'default/includes/alert.tpl' in '/home/myusernamehere/public_html/modules/servers/cpanel/templates/overview.tpl'

 

strange on this error is for me that it is using "/home/myusernamehere/" while my hosting path is: "/home1/myusernamehere/", please in which file i can fix this or what i should search for in files to find the right spot to do editting?

there are two things that would worry me about that module...

 

1. the readme states that it was designed for v6, and it seemingly hasn't been updated for six months... so whether it's v7 compatible, I don't know...

 

I wrote this module for WHMCS at Feb 2016 and I tried to sell it via moduleland.com, But didn't sell at least one copy! So i decided to publish it (which i worked on it about 2 months) open-source.

This is a PROXMOX VE module for WHMCS 6.x

that sounds like it's been abandoned for future updates to me... so unless you, or someone else, updates it, this module will fail at some point.

 

2. i'm not sure which version of WHMCS you're using, but 'default' got renamed to 'five' and doesn't have an includes folder.

 

for questions on this module, your best bet is to contact the developer directly as he'll be the one who knows most about it - e.g., if you haven't done so already, report it as an issue on the GitHub page.
