Question about Stripe

Recommended Posts

I want to use Stripe to accept payments, but I am seeing that this is not compatible with "the Modern or Boxes order form templates". I am currently using the modern templete on "General Settings" >Ordering, but also I see the same template when editing a "Group Name" within "Products/Services". So my question is, do I have to change the template in both places to make Stripe work? or just within "General Settings" >Ordering?

I am currently using WHMCS Version: 7.1.2.

Please advise.

Probably yes. It sucks that they are not making the other cart systems fully compatible with v7.

Hello ocastaned,

It depends on your configuration, you can use a different cart template on a product group to that in which you have specified under Setup -> General Settings -> Ordering if you have set the group to "Use System Default" then you won't need to alter on your group otherwise you can set it to us specific cart template and then you would need to alter it.
