MJHost
Hey all, I have DuoSecurity activated in my account. Unfortunately our admin has his phone stolen, so the number we use to access the Duo website is obsolete. We contacted Duo, to ask about getting the number updated, but before they can assist, they require we verify security procedures (which is understandable) They are asking for the security key, which they say should be visible in the WHMCS configuration, however when viewing the WHMCS configuration for TfA the Security Key is hidden, I am assuming it's been coded as a Password field. Resulting in me being unable to view it so I am unable to provide the info Duo request. Can anyone offer any suggestions?

brian!
Can anyone offer any suggestions? you could use "Inspect Element" (i'm thinking of Firefox, but probably similar feature available on most browsers)... change type="password" to type="text"... and it might reveal the content to you.

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted January 12, 2017 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted January 12, 2017 Hi MJHost, If you're running WHMCS 6.3.x or earlier, please open a support ticket with the and we can reset the DuoSecurity User for you. If you're running v7.0 and above, please configure Duo Security with your own account. Users will need to re-register their devices, and you can manage such resets without needing to pay or contact us.: http://docs.whmcs.com/Duo_Security#WHMCS_DuoSecurity_Account_Migration
