nimonogi
I'm wondering what is the purpose of months of beta testing and advertising if your own modules are not even ready even after you release a Stable version. Fatal error: The file /modules/livehelp/include/config.php was encoded by the ionCube Encoder for PHP 5.3 and cannot run under PHP 7.0. Please ask the provider of the script to provide a version encoded with the ionCube Encoder for PHP 7.0. in Unknown on line 0 Live Chat is an important factor of our businesses and a part of your product, and instead of focusing on pricing models, you should focus on providing a stable product first. You can't push a Stable version with such important omissions. I am expecting you provide an immediate solution regarding the above.
3awh
You need to go to the people that make livehelp and ask them for an update so you can use php7 Also make sure you have the latest ionCube loader its 6.0.4 if you are on cpanel its not included you have to install it manually download the loaders and follow directions Mitch

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted October 10, 2016 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted October 10, 2016 Hi, I have an update regarding the Livechat issue you reported last week. Version 5.2 of the live chat addon is not currently compatible with PHP 7. However an update (version v5.3) is currently under testing which adds PHP 7 compatibility. Whilst I cannot provide an estimated time for completion for this, once we resolve cases and push features they are available at our change log, here: https://marketplace.whmcs.com/product/34 I apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this. Thanks again for taking the time to report your findings.

WHMCS ChrisD
Hi Damo, I've checked and confirmed that the files included in the download are for Version 5.4.4284 however it appears that the Readme.txt was not updated to reflect the later version number, you can go ahead and upload these files to resolve the issues however and will have 5.4.4284
Damo
Thanks ChrisD. I have and although the plugin runs no one can chat via it. Clients see the pop to chat but when they click on it to chat it disappears. On the admin side isnsays waiting for client to respond.
