bear Posted November 5, 2016 Share Posted November 5, 2016 I understand that WHMCS will automatically count the number of clients with Active or Suspended services, it will ignore client status settingIf so, I stand corrected. I suppose they're basing that on the fact a suspended account in billing could potentially still exist on the server and be active.
