WHMCS expert/developer required

We require a WHMCS developer to debug some issues we're having with our server. The issues are:

 

- Customer product upgrades aren't working

- Automatic invoicing seems to have stopped working

- Changing expired credit cards doesn't work

 

These issues seem to stem from an upgrade from 5.x to 6 and the custom theme we're using. We want someone to have a look and decide whether a) it can be fixed or b) if we to take the advice of forum replies and have a fresh install - in which case we'd need someone to implement our custom theme, checking it's not the cause of things being broken, and port the data of our current customers over (we have less than 100 customers I believe).

 

Our first port of call was to try on places like freelancer/rentacoder type sites but with all due respect to the talented developers there, the communication barrier and the over optimism on applicable skills has really been a waste of our time.

 

We're certain there will be questions for more specific information, we're happy to provide whatever we can.

You'll definitely need a new theme for v6. Themes for v5 are not compatible with v6

You could check if it's your custom template causing the problem relatively easily as a first-step

 

Just append the systpl= parameter to your client login in your browser address bar and try and order an upgrade.

 

There are a _lot_ of changes needed to TPLs to go from 5 to 6 - depending on how much you've modified the system it could be a considerable task (we've done it for ours and several clients) - drop me an email and we can discuss a quote
