• If I have everything setup correctly, both variables will work just like below?

• Is Forwarder Method more powerful than Pop3 Import, or is it just preference?

 

dude@yahoo.com sends email to support@mywhmcs.com = create new ticket inside WHMCS and sends email to google apps support@mywhmcs.com and copy w/ticket URL to dude@yahoo.com

 

dude@yahoo.com creates ticket from website = create new ticket inside WHMCS and sends email to google apps support@mywhmcs.com and copy w/ticket URL to dude@yahoo.com (but only on first message, it would seem silly to keep sending duplicate emails if dude is replying inside website but keeps getting email copies of his own replies)
