Not returning to ticket list after answering a support ticket

After answering a support ticket it just stays on the same ticket that has just been responded to, not returning to ticket list.

 

I have tried in multi browsers all behave the same.

When you respond to a ticket look next to the 'Add Response' button. There is a check box called 'Return to Ticket List'. Make sure its checked. It will stay either checked or unchecked when you view other tickets.
