Is it possible to add a free month when a customer chooses a two year package?

If I choose to give 100% off one time and they choose the two year package will it give the whole two years free?

 

I am try to give a free month coupon for when they pay for two years, any ideas if this is possible?

yes - because the discount is applied to the whole billing cycle (2-Yrs)... if the cycle was monthly, you could give them a free month.

the usual way to do that would be to setup a coupon to give a monetary or percentage discount equivalent to a month... so if the product was $24 for two-years, the coupon would be for $1 (the equivalent of a free month)... if the coupon needed to be applied to a number of products, and so it wouldn't be practical to use a fixed amount, then you can use a percentage (4.16%) discount to achieve the correct price reduction.
