sol2010
Does bbcode in ticket replies still work? I have tried it, but it doesn't seem to work for me. The WHMCS help docs still mention bbcode, so just curious if anyone else has this working and if so how? --- Please consider upvoting this https://requests.whmcs.com/responses/enable-tinymce-editor-for-tickets-as-well-as-auto-save-functionality - - - Updated - - - So upon further testing it appears that : Bold Text Italicised Text Underlined Text Shows in the admin ticket reply section, but the formatting does not show in the recipient email which is where it needs to show (gmail was the test).
Kian
As you stated, the use of BBCode in ticket reply is very limited but it's possible to add a complete support. For example today I managed to add BBCode support for , [php], , ordered/unordered etc. tags in my WHMCS also with code-prettify support for content inside [code] and [php] tags. Backend example: http://katamaze.com/templates/katamaze/images/upcoming/2015-10-08-01.57.21.png Frontend example: http://katamaze.com/templates/katamaze/images/upcoming/2015-10-08-01.57.33.png Now I only need to add a javascript plugin on top of textareas so that admins and clients can use BBCode tags easily by clicking on buttons like on this forum. I already know that it will be boring a lot...
