bbcode in ticket replies

Does bbcode in ticket replies still work? I have tried it, but it doesn't seem to work for me.

 

The WHMCS help docs still mention bbcode, so just curious if anyone else has this working and if so how?

So upon further testing it appears that :

 

Bold Text

Italicised Text

Underlined Text

 

Shows in the admin ticket reply section, but the formatting does not show in the recipient email which is where it needs to show (gmail was the test).

As you stated, the use of BBCode in ticket reply is very limited but it's possible to add a complete support. For example today I managed to add BBCode support for

, [php],
