Can't fix blank page error

Hello. I am seeing a blank page on every page of whmcs. I can't enter admin or see any other page at all.

I have tried following the troubleshooting guide and adding the necessary code on configuration.php, but when I enter any page there are no error displayed at all in any of them. So I don't know what the problem is or how to fix it.

 

I also ran ioncube as said on the guide and it says that it's all good. I don't know if I enterned the details from my hosting provider incorrectly. I actually didn't know for sure what information to put there.

 

Anyway, I haven't find a way to fix it or even find the error. Could you please help me out? it is an urgent situation.

I'm just curious how you got this fixed? I'm having a similar problem. But I can see your site is up and running (and looking great by the way), so it looks like you got it fixed.
