Can I not send any emails from WHMCS to a customer?

I Have a customer that hates getting emails.

 

Can I disable all emails being sent to his account? I still would have the email on file to find the account.

I don't believe it's possible.

 

And what if he forgot his password and needed to reset it?

 

You could suggest to him that he makes a new email address (e.g. your-company@his-domain.com) - that way he wouldn't get them to his main inbox, but he can access them in the event that he needs to (e.g. for resetting a password).

Yeah it would be everything but the password reset. No worries, just checking. I will tell him to deal with it. He is a close customer.
