The customers client area only shows WHM it doesn't show Cpanel

I set up a new server but the new server only shows the WHM link for customers.

 

Any idea why?

 

There is no CPanel link just the WHM

 

Also it's a reseller account. do reseller accounts not show CPanel log in links now?

Hi,

Is the product type "Reseller Account" by any chance? Sounds like you want it to be "Hosting Account" instead.

Oh I'll submit a feature request to have the CPanel and WHM for reseller accounts. They like to have access to both from one page.
