[iWHMCS] unable to change ticket status to custom statuses

My only options for changing the ticket status are:



On hold

In progress


We often use ticket statuses like "requires customer feedback" which is extremely important to ensure they're not all marked "answered" upon reply.


This means we basically can't use iWHMCS to respond to tickets.


Tapping on the current status of a ticket should allow me to change the status.


Also, there should be a ticket status selection when replying to a ticket.
