PayPal Balance: Error: Username/Password is incorrect

 

was working before but the customer had to change my api username and password in paypal

 

but before that it was working fine

 

customer also get this error PayPal Transaction Lookup

 

 

PayPal API Error Message

 

Error Code: 10002 - Authentication/Authorization Failed - Username/Password is incorrect

 

any ideas:-P

Hi,

Please enter the new PayPal API credentials into Setup > Addon Modules > PayPal Transaction Lookup.

 

If you're processing PayPal refunds through WHMCS, then they'll also need updating under Setup > Payments > Payment Gateways.
