Network status not showing

I have a problem that I can't figure out.

The server status of two out of three servers is not displayed in the WHMCS admin area if I press 'check'.

 

The weird thing is that it worked just fine on one of those servers (the third is new).

And I'm pretty sure that if I reboot this server it will start working again (had the problem before).

 

If I ask for the status pages in my browser it works fine:

0.35 23 Days 18:30:20 5.3.27 - -

 

I've copied the index.php from the one server that works to both that don't work and it still does not work.

Tried giving the path as http://www.domein.com/status/ as http://www.domain.com/status/ with http://www.domain.com/status/index.php and every possible combination, no luck.

 

What can possible be wrong that this worked and just stopped working?

Does the status display on the public serverstatus.php page?

I checked this before and these commands are not blocked.

The clients serverstatus page will show the services that are up on all servers but no load or uptime of any server.
