Dear Customers, Open-Xchange will update the environment with the latest version of OX App Suite v8.18 beginning Thursday, October 26th, 1:00 a.m., EDT. New Versions: - Open-Xchange App Suite Frontend v8.18.1 - Open-Xchange App Suite Middleware (Backend) v8.18.0 Enhancements to the OX Cloud platform in this release include: - Introducing keyboard shortcuts for a more efficient experience. With selectable presets, easily switch between Gmail and Outlook styles, streamlining your navigation and actions. Shortcuts can be configured in Settings > General > Keyboard shortcuts - Users will also notice a new design when writing emails on mobile devices. The new design allows for collapsible windows, giving you more space to focus on your content. - We updated the default settings so that when someone sends emails, the email addresses of the recipients will be automatically saved in their address book "Collected addresses". Users can still turn this feature off in the settings if they prefer. Fixes to the OX Cloud platform in this release include: - https://documentation.open-xchange.com/appsuite/releases/8.18/ Maintenance Time Window: During the period, there is the possibility of brief interruptions (5-15 minutes) to certain services as specified. Please note that a complete suspension of all the services during the whole period is unlikely. Thursday, October 26th, 1:00 a.m., EDT till Thursday, October 26th, 06:00 a.m. EDT. There will be up to a 5 hours period of time in which short interruptions can occur. Affected services: - Web Single users might lose their session and be forced to login again. Web UI performance might be slowed down. Single users might face short connection timeouts. - Email Single users might lose their session and forced to login again. Single users might face short connection timeouts. Single login attempts might fail. Mail Round Trip times might increase. - Provisioning Single Provisioning calls might fail (create, change or delete users). -

Here are the planned Maintenance Windows: 5th of April 2023 (2023-Apr-05) Completed 4th of May 2023 (2023-May-04) 7th of June 2023 (2023-Jun-07) As in the past the infrastructure maintenance windows are independent from those and announced separately.
