  1. I just discovered the fasttrack and someone is logged in now. Restoring a database after a day is quite useless as by now we have new customers, new domains etc. I guess somehow a Mysql query that turns all the 'fraud' back to 'Active' must be possible...?
  2. Out of 5664 domains there are 3794 marked as fraud. Its impossible to correct this by hand but it must be corrected as this will kill my business! Still no reply from WHMCS. Are there any paid exparts out there who can help in such an emergency?
  3. I woke up this morning to find out about 50% of the domains in the system are suddenly marked as 'fraud'. Also the renewal end expirydate had been set to 000000 I send a supportticket to WHMCS but no reply yet. Anybody ever seen this?
  4. Thanks brian, another problem tackled
  5. Okay, we solved the timezone thing. In Plesk in PHP settings you can enter it in the custom field and that solves it. The domainchecker.tpl smarty error is also fixed by editing this file. No fix found yet for The file alert.tpl does not exist. Isn't this "servers/Cpanel/" a standard WHMCS module?
  6. Hi Matts, We upgraded on a dev system first. I'm mostly puzzled by the timezone error that we're supposed to fix in Terminus.php. This seems not a file that is ment for editing...
  7. I just installed WHMCS v6.x on our testserver. We just had a new site built and it seems we can start all over now. I get plenty of the smarty errors despite having checked the 'allow smarty tags' in the configuration. and And then it turns out in the client area when I select 'domains' to get an overview of the registered domain for the particular client I get this jewel: Also upon checking for an available domain you can select other domains and add them to your order. Once you found the tiny shoppingcart on top of the screen you are immediatly in the last step of the process. No suggestion to add hosting. So do I have to hire someone for a lot of money to fix our entire website/orderingsystem/clientarea because of a single update? If anyone have suggestions how to solve any of the individual problems or a all-in-one solution I would be very gratefull. Thanks.
  8. We need to manually create an invoice if a domain is in quarantaine. If the user pays we won't notice because a lot of invoices are paid. Since we need to manually get a domain out of quarantaine we need some notification of this particular invoice is paid. It would be nice if upon creating a invocie manually we can set an action 'create to-do upon payment'.
  9. This probably has been asked before but I can't find it. if a customers has a domain registered (so it is allready in our system), how can he simply add hosting to it from his clientpanel? Thanks!
  10. Unfortunatly this is still an issue thats popping up once a week orso. Could it be something in the registry's API that triggers this? If so what? Then I can send an email to our domain provider and ask then to take a look at it. Thanks!
  11. I checked all Mysql tables no errors where found. I optimised all tables and the problem (at least for this specific account we tested with) seems solved. I would still very much like to know how this can happen as we also send passwords by email...
  12. When I select in a customers profile a self created email template and click 'GO' its send it to the wrong customer! Any ideas whats going on and how to solve it? This ofcourse is a serious issue!
  13. There's a feature request somewhere for this. You can delete them manually, there's no guideline to give for it as far as I know. Problems turn up when a automatic renewal order for a domain is not paid, the domain expires and then the customer pays. You then eighter have to explain about the registry quarantaine procedure or send the money back.
  14. To be able to automaticly register domainnames the phonenumber on the orderform should be in a given format: Ten digits NOT starting with countrycode. For instance: 0205654148 = good 3154877857 = wrong 020-548845 = wrong Although I have this in neon/capitals/bold written above the phonenumber field it turns out an impossible task for 30% of the customers. This gives us a lot of work: We have to adjust the phonenumber at two websites and register the domain manually. Can someone build a control in our orderingform that forces people to enter 10 digits not starting with 31 but with 0 Thanks in advance! Erwin p.s. I posted this in another section of the forum, but I guess its more in its place here.
