Placing Custom Field description inside the input box

I want to have a custom field in our cart. When I use the name and description of the custom field it is being shown outside the input box (beside the box). Is there anyway we show the name or description of that custom field inside the input box?

For example, if the custom field is Email and Name we want to just show that inside the input box and when the client clicks on the input box the text disappears and the client can type his email or name.

that will use jquery, which is already installed with whmcs.
