if this is just for the EU Cookies Law, then I don't think you need to go into any great specifics, just general details.

The cookie law is very strange as the rules change per country in the EU. Some countries require consent and others only require a notice to be displayed once.

 

You should find many free scripts online that you can integrate easily to comply with the law.

but in the spanish law, we need to load Cookies code/files only if the notice button is clicked,

can you let me know what part of the template code is related with the WHMCS cookies,

I have ordered the http://www.zomex.com/lab/tutorials/code-scripts/cookie-law-script-installation.php and I need put all the cookies code inside this: "How to load Javascript code/files only if the notice button is clicked"
