add more detailed description to ID Protection ADD-on in Cart

ok so this seems like it should be something fairly easy, but i dont see how to.. I need to add a more detailed description to the ID protection addon screen when a user is moving through the cart. Right now it just says ID proetection and most people probably dont even know what that means (well at least they probably dont know the implications of NOT choosing it)

no worries, it's easy to miss results when searching in vbulletin - i've fixed the above link at it wasn't working.
