Ticket Display - Order

Hi,

 

I have noticed a weird issue with the ticket display order.

 

Say you set subject A-Z and fresh the page it will switch to Z-A.

 

Same with last reply. No matter the the order I set when I fresh it switches it self. A few refresh switched back and forth the order.

If you refresh the page after you have just changed the sort order, and that sort parameter is still in your address bar, then it will toggle the sort order in the same way as if you clicked the column heading. You can apply your filters and then refresh the sort order will not change. This is not something we consider to be a bug.

I just upgraded from 5.1.x to 5.2.x and was hit by this. In 5.1 I could have my ticket list sorted by reply time, with the oldest tickets first.

 

Now it's almost random. Sometimes my preference will stick, sometimes it won't. I'm already sick of clicking on the "last reply" column.

 

Is there any fix?
