Kodex Posted March 9, 2010 Author Share Posted March 9, 2010 Well, it's accessed via WHMCS and therefore you do not need to use multiple logins... and it uses the same departments that you have in WHMCS... It is just another live chat script however because it's integrated with WHMCS, it saves having multiple logins... Just an update on the next release... Staff to Staff Chats will be available... I'd like a multiplatform client. Windows/Mac/Linux would handle everyone. A good code platform would be java.
