No one else having this issue?

An odd issue with eNom - If you wish to offer ccTLDs such as .DE/.NL/.ES etc you need to enable auto-renew on these domains otherwise WHMCS can't renew them as they require being renewed 30 days before expiry date otherwise they are locked and in redemption period. I asked eNom and they confirmed this. Anyone else having this sort of issue? Or a way around this? Thanks!

Hi, Does anyone know how to get the current knowledge base category title into the meta title tag. For example in: /whmcsinstall/knowledgebase/000000/hosting it shows the page title is: <title>Knowledgebase</title> This is the same for any category, only when you go into an article it changes the title. I would like to have the title change based on the current category, for example based on above it would be: <title>Hosting Knowledgebase</title> I thought this would work but doesn't: {if $kbcat.name}{$kbcat.name}{/if} Any ideas would be great! They are back online now, they were moving servers and had a DDoS attack. Think they should update their social media pages just in case people search for answers.

The site has been online now for 2h 39min now according to Pingdom but I think I have disabled their ordering system as when you now go to pay it shows this error: 'Failed to place order. Please try again."

Try again now, I saw it online this morning on my phone and then I tried 20min later on my desktop and it was down.

That is the company I emailed and got a bounce back from, I will try and call them tomorrow. Very odd they have just gone away. There is a post on WHT from last month with people asking but not been updated lately.

Hey everyone, I wanted to ask the general community here if anyone knows of a DemoWolf alternative that offers the same sort of service? Reason for asking; it seems like DemoWolf has gone AWOL - their website has been down for a number of days now, tweets are unanswered, emails not replied too and even one of their corp email addresses gives a bounce back. Any ideas would be great to hear.

OK found out the issue - for some reason the lang encoding type was causing the issue. Just set it to: utf-8 (I think WHMCS changed the default to this as it didn't used to be). Then made sure to change the PREFIX in the currency settings. If you do this and use PayPal make sure to change the language settings in PayPal or you will get 'IPN Handshake Invalid' errors.

Hi all,Unsure if anyone else is getting this issue but for some odd reason you can no longer use the '£' symbol in a ticket (client and admin side).If you do from the client side it shows an error: You didn't enter a message - and it clears the message box area.From the admin side it just clears out your message and posts the ticket reply as blank. Then sets the ticket to answered.Any ideas on this would be great! As you can imagine for a UK based company the £ symbol is pretty important :)Cheers,

Is anyone else having issues with paypal not sending transaction details back to whmcs? As people are paying invoices just like normal with no settings changed and invoices stay unpaid. Matt and the team I have opened a ticket but any help would be great as this is a major issue for us. Cheers!

We recently used this script to migrate a second companies WHMCS into the main company and worked fine. We had the same error so what we done was export the 2nd companies WHMCS database and created a new DB on the same server as the main companies WHMCS (same server) and imported it into there. Then we just ran the script again but using localhost and its details for the new DB to copy into the main DB. Hope this helps Any problems give us a shout!

Same here, all in house staff

Was using it with eNom side by side but found couldn't compare to eNom generally so moved all domains to eNom. The site always appeared buggy, slow and not very helpful. We also did not like the support they offered as it was normally slow to actions or seemed like a auto reply to a question.

I love the design of the site very nice only one thing I am very unsure about and that is the package icons with the software box. I just dont think it works but everything else very nice

@Zorro67 Sorry to say the group ID does not get passed through the URL. The only way would to have the group ID to be posted through a form or the URL. This could be done but would require some code changes to the other order pages. If you would like for me to code this for just send me a PM.

Nice design and well added into your website. One thing you might want to change is the margin of the body on the client area (WHMCS) as you will see there is a space of white around your site. In the css just add to the body: margin: 0px; Nice design overall, well done

Hi all... I had a little problem with a client ordering a UK domain through Directi on WHMCS. Everytime I went to register is through WHMCS it came up saying registers name invalid or soemthing like that. Any ideas anyone? Is this a feature not support by the current version or something? Cheers for any help

What sort of system are you on? if you are a reseller you might not have permission to change those sort of settings. But if you are on VPS / Dedicated servers than you can change the language files, I will try and get a screenshot of the location to edit the settings.

Over all a nice design but one area you might want to look at, I have attached a screenshot of it for you. This was on a mac using firefox.

The register warning comes up with a lot of peoples SSL, and i only use registerfly for selling domains but really want another company to do it for me plus they have to be free to sign up.. The styles are very cool, like the roll overs a nice effect
