  1. Ever since the last upgrade, anytime I click the quote reply icon in support ticket view it displays this code below. My system health status is all green and good otherwise.   2. That search tool in view / search clients doesn't show custom product fields though, so can't search there.
  3. When searching in admin panel, it doesn't search custom profile fields or mainly, custom product fields for example. Does anyone know how to fix that? It doesn't make sense to be able to create custom fields for profiles and products but the search function doesn't check those fields.
  4. Every product or service gets the same cancellation confirmation email should the cancellation be made. However, we require a custom email confirmation specific to a product group whereas certain subjects and email body are included that applies only to that product group. Is this possible? For example: "Action Required" must be in the subject pertaining to the cancelled service in that specific product group plus a unique confirmation email body. I asked support about this and I got the below response. Hopefully someone here can explain in laymen terms how that would work. Never done API stuff before.
  5. Thanks for the response. However, Google Ads shows this message "Google Ads will verify that your conversion tag is working within a few hours of tag installation" They do visit within a few hours to see if tag has been installed. What I did was end up installing a WP plugin called Tracking Code Manager. Going to see if this works. This is for the global snippet whereas the tracking snippet is within the billing order template's complete.tpl file.
  6. I'm not using cache plugins or CDN at this time.
  7. In order for me to see if it works, I would have to literally catch one of my Google Ads live, click it and complete a test order. Otherwise I cannot test. Secondly, Google still shows "unverified" in the conversion code section regardless. I'm baffled. I even added the global snippet code to the WP header file.
  8. Did you read my post? I specified where I'm adding the Google *ADS* tracking snippets, in 2 files. The global snippet and tracking tag. WHMCS does not include Google Ads tracking by default. That's analytics, not ads.
  9. Can't seem to get my conversion tag verified. Been 24 hours. I placed the global snippet in my template's header.tpl file between <head> tags. I the placed the conversion tag in the order template's complete.tpl file, in the tracking code section accordingly. Anyone have any ideas what else it could be?
  10. I have an add running 24/7 for specific product group on Google Ads but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to track sales conversion, in this case being any sales from ad clicks. I'm logged into my Ads account in the Tools > Conversions section. See attached. Then I choose "install the tag yourself" option after that. See attached. Where does this go for new sales specifically? Should it be "page load" or "snippet" option?
  11. Ok, but don't you think it's ridiculous WHMCS charges us a monthly fee to secure our billing software?
  12. It's pathetic that we have to pay a fee to secure our billing software login with 2FA (our choice app instead of their method). Really shameless on WHMCS's part.
