  1. Ever since the last upgrade, anytime I click the quote reply icon in support ticket view it displays this code below. My system health status is all green and good otherwise. Running PHP 7.3. <!DOCTYPE html> <html lang="en"> <head> <meta charset="utf-8"> <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge"> <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1"> <title>Oops!</title> <style> body { margin: 30px 40px; background-color: #f6f6f6; } .error-container { padding: 50px 40px; font-family: "Helvetica Neue",Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 14px; } h1 { margin: 0; font-size: 48px; font-weight: 400; } h2 { margin: 0; font-size: 26px; font-weight: 300; } a { color: #336699; } p.back-to-home { margin-top: 30px; } p.debug{ padding: 20px 0; font-family: "Courier New", Courier, monospace, serif; font-size: 14px; } .info { border: solid 1px #999; padding: 5px; background-color: #d9edf7; } </style> </head> <body> <div class="error-container"> <h1>Oops!</h1> <h2>Something went wrong and we couldn't process your request.</h2> <p>Please go back to the previous page and try again.</p> </div> </body> </html>
  2. When searching in admin panel, it doesn't search custom profile fields or mainly, custom product fields for example. Does anyone know how to fix that? It doesn't make sense to be able to create custom fields for profiles and products but the search function doesn't check those fields.
  3. That search tool in view / search clients doesn't show custom product fields though, so can't search there.
  4. Every product or service gets the same cancellation confirmation email should the cancellation be made. However, we require a custom email confirmation specific to a product group whereas certain subjects and email body are included that applies only to that product group. Is this possible? For example: "Action Required" must be in the subject pertaining to the cancelled service in that specific product group plus a unique confirmation email body. I asked support about this and I got the below response. Hopefully someone here can explain in laymen terms how that would work. Never done API stuff before.

    Specific Cancellation Emails

    Anyone?
  6. Can't seem to get my conversion tag verified. Been 24 hours. I placed the global snippet in my template's header.tpl file between <head> tags. I the placed the conversion tag in the order template's complete.tpl file, in the tracking code section accordingly. Anyone have any ideas what else it could be?
  7. Thanks for the response. However, Google Ads shows this message "Google Ads will verify that your conversion tag is working within a few hours of tag installation" They do visit within a few hours to see if tag has been installed. What I did was end up installing a WP plugin called Tracking Code Manager. Going to see if this works. This is for the global snippet whereas the tracking snippet is within the billing order template's complete.tpl file.
  8. I'm not using cache plugins or CDN at this time.
  9. In order for me to see if it works, I would have to literally catch one of my Google Ads live, click it and complete a test order. Otherwise I cannot test. Secondly, Google still shows "unverified" in the conversion code section regardless. I'm baffled. I even added the global snippet code to the WP header file.
  10. Did you read my post? I specified where I'm adding the Google *ADS* tracking snippets, in 2 files. The global snippet and tracking tag. WHMCS does not include Google Ads tracking by default. That's analytics, not ads.
  11. I have an add running 24/7 for specific product group on Google Ads but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to track sales conversion, in this case being any sales from ad clicks. I'm logged into my Ads account in the Tools > Conversions section. See attached. Then I choose "install the tag yourself" option after that. See attached. Where does this go for new sales specifically? Should it be "page load" or "snippet" option?
  12. I don't see any possible option to use Microsoft Authenticator for my admin account's 2FA. Are DuoMobile and Yubikeys the only options?
  13. Ok, but don't you think it's ridiculous WHMCS charges us a monthly fee to secure our billing software?
  14. It's pathetic that we have to pay a fee to secure our billing software login with 2FA (our choice app instead of their method). Really shameless on WHMCS's part.
  15. Curious what most of you are using for merchant / gateway services. I've been using the CDG Commerce / Quantum Gateway bundle for quite some time. It's getting expensive now as revenue increases. Not only that, their websites (both) are pathetically outdated and not mobile friendly even. They look like they were designed in 1998. I was looking at https://fattmerchant.com but see no module for WHMCS. Any feedback would be appreciated.
  16. Enabled this add-on in setup and also enabled widget view in staff management area. Where do I get the API "signature" in my PayPal account? Do I use my PayPal username (email) and password to or something else? I went here too: https://www.paypal.com/businessmanage/credentials/apiAccess I don't know which option to use. If I click on Grant API Permission link, I see attached and have no idea what to put there. I'm confused.

    Paypal Transaction Lookup Addon

That was it, thanks for your help. It would be nice if their addon section actually mentioned that.
  18. I just upgraded to 7.6 now and everything now loads very slowly, even using default Blend theme. This is not normal. I emptied template cache, optimized database via phpMyAdmin. Same thing.
  19. After upgrading to 7.6, I utilized the Maxmind features added. I added my license key, which matches my email/key in my Maxmind account. I get this error on new orders, attached. My settings are also attached. Any changes, recommendations for Maxmind settings at least?
  20. Agreed and their support denies any slowness. Liars.
  21. Let me re-summarize: Slowness happened immediately after upgrading to 7.6. Prior on 7.5 and before, any page load in admin panel was lightning fast. Now, 2 seconds average any page at all in admin panel. Client side remains normal otherwise. Using default Blend theme. Already ran database repair, optimize via phpMyAdmin. Already ran "empty template cache" and cleared browser cache as well. Problem replicated in Firefox on Windows 10 and Safari on iPhone. Same slowness in admin panel. Adding below line to config file did not fix the problem at all. $disable_admin_ticket_page_counts = true; Server specs: 2 x Hex Core with 72GB RAM, SSD drives and only 2 domains hosted on the box. 22. @yggdrasil As I already stated, only admin side.
  23. No help from support in my case. They deny the slowness despite the obvious that others replicated this and it happened immediately after upgrading to 7.6 The server I'm running on has 2x Hex-Core with 72GB RAM, SSD and Mariadb 10.2. Sure isn't a server or hardware issue at all. It's their bugs.
