  1. Hi! An alert error with "oops!" code appears when I try to upload an image at Knowledge Base. It happens editing or adding an article. Image attached. Any idea to fix it?

I'm trying to remove the side bar tags panel section off the knowledge base page here: https://webhost.pro/account/knowledgebase.php I want to keep tags for searching, just not list them on the side bar. 2. Also I would like to keep the search bar on each page of the knowledge base section, it removes once you click anything off the front knowledge base page. Thanks!
  4. Hello, I want to setup the Announcements and the Knowledge base layout into Two columns. Now it is in a single column. I have notes that you could place html in a post so I have try to use a html code in a post, but that doesn't do the trick. Can some help me to get this layout into a two Column style or at least direct me into the right directions to fix this? Thanks in advance Vincent from Hostxls
  5. Hi, Does anyone know how to get the current knowledge base category title into the meta title tag. For example in: /whmcsinstall/knowledgebase/000000/hosting it shows the page title is: <title>Knowledgebase</title> This is the same for any category, only when you go into an article it changes the title. I would like to have the title change based on the current category, for example based on above it would be: <title>Hosting Knowledgebase</title> I thought this would work but doesn't: {if $kbcat.name}{$kbcat.name}{/if} Any ideas would be great! Thanks guys,
  6. I've been testing the knowledgebase suggestions that appear before ticket submission, and they are way off. I'm posting very specific questions that have very specific articles and either they never appear, or flash for a few seconds while you type the ticket text, and then are replaced by more generic ones. I think this is due to the fact that they are ordered by the number of votes ("useful"). Also, there are some words that are bound to appear a lot, like "domains" or "hosting", so whenever the question includes those, you are shown the top-rated articles that features the words domains and hosting the most. Is there a way to replace these suggestions, maybe with a different MySQL query? A module with some configuration/weighting options would be very useful here.
