issue in downloading ImportAssist from marketplace

Trying to download ImportAssist from Marketplace (https://marketplace.whmcs.com/product/46-importassist )

Using Chrome:  the download process just gets stuck, without any error message

Using Edge: I got the error "ImportAssist_v1.5.3.69 (2).zip can't be downloaded securely"

Using Opera or Tor: the download is completed successfully

This is not something I'm able to reproduce at this moment.

It's often the case that browser extensions or plug-ins can interfere with the download of files from a web property.

I can confirm that since the ImportAssist addon is widely used, I don't observe any issues on our help desk related to this.

I'd recommend that you leverage Chrome in Incognito mode or Firefox with a default profile or in Privacy mode.

I'd expect this to work for you.

I get this in the download window: "This download is insecure, be careful with it's content". This is in Vivalid browser. Firefox says it's fine. 
Seems to me Vivaldi (no addons that should cause anything) is correct since the link in the console starts with "http" and then appears to redirect to https. It's seeing that first URL.

So, yes, it looks like something's wrong with the download link.
