Update Failed: Files and database are already up to date-WHMCS 8.13.1

Hi @Sudipto Mahmud,

An "Update Failed: Files and database are already up to date" error message can occur if you (or another admin) navigated to another admin area page - such as in a second browser tab -  whilst the auto-updater was in progress.

Deleting the /install directory is the correct solution as you can be assured the updated files and database changes have been applied.
