Anyone know about whmcsthemes.com stopping services?

I have a template with them and it's licensed through some sort of Template Licence Manager they own that won't update the license in WHMCS admin. I added a ticket and emailed them about 8 hours ago. we're kind of stuck here and it looks like they might be on vacation or stopped working. Does anyone know about their service? I might need to restore backups if they don't reply. Here is the message on their website:

I wonder if this is connected to WHMCSservices having been hacked. If they were using an addon from them, the advice has generally been to shut things down until it's been corrected and so on. It's affected a number of providers.

I got a reply and everything is working now. Hopefully, they keep things going. We need all the quality theme options we can get.
