madbutcher Posted June 11, 2022 Share Posted June 11, 2022 Hello, Icons for inactive products are showing ( the grey padlocks), but not showing for the active products ( supposed to be green padlocks ). Products types of "Other" will not show the padlock icon. It is displayed when the product is expired and nothing is displayed when the product is active. The expectation is that no padlocks are shown for products using the type "Other". If you wish the padlocks to be shown at all times then please use a different product type. We have case CORE-17799 open with our developers in order to have this reviewed for future releases. Whilst I cannot provide an estimated time for completion for this, once we resolve cases and push features they are available at our change log, here: https://changelog.whmcs.com/ I apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this. I have changed the product type to VPS, Reseller hosting and Shared hosting to test, but unfortunately I still can't have the green icon for the active products, only the grey one for the inactive ones.
