How to notify internal user via email when new ticket is create

if you're opening the ticket as an admin, they should get email notification assuming a) the option is enabled when you create the ticket and b) the relevant email template isn't disabled.

Thank you so much for your feedback, actually what I want is , when I assigned a ticket to my support team, let say to a specify developer. I want to know how that specify developer can receive email to let him know that some Ticket was assigned to him.
