I was using https://marketplace.whmcs.com/product/4874-whmcstricks-email-status but service has been discontinued and it is not workin with WHMCS 8 I see there is two more https://marketplace.whmcs.com/product/3214-th-e-mail-status https://marketplace.whmcs.com/product/4221-reading-emails-tickets-report . I send them email but get no response. Is there any other solution to see is it ticket or email has been opened by the customer? string Posted October 16, 2020 Share Posted October 16, 2020 Even if the plugins still work in the latest WHMCS version (which I would assume in principle), in my opinion the detection would not be very reliable. Nearly every email client blocks outgoing HTTP connections by default, this has to be explicitly enabled by the user. Of course you could deface your emails in such a way that the customer is practically forced to allow outgoing connections, as many do, but that would be a dubious approach. 2 hours ago, komir said: Is there any other solution to see is it ticket or email has been opened by the customer? What you could do is that you don't send relevant content via email and the customer has to click the link to read the full message.
