Maybe you can ping me via PM here as well so that we can assist with WHMCS, if you're still open for that. I also directly pinged the lead for that brand regarding the mentioned system unavailability. Looks like it was a web frontend outage - so the Registrar's Backend API was still up and working. The outage took ~45 minutes. The backend API was not working as we had some domain registrations during the downtime. We do not have problems on the WHMCS side (nor their module), the problem is with their support regarding various situations involving domains. For example, the current issue is with a .fr domain transfer for which nobody has an answer or is able to help, they keep sending me (my client) to the actual registrar, the actual registrar says no transfer request has been made. The transfer says "in progress" in their backend. The worst part is that the domain is close to expiration and its been already 15 days "in transfer" but no progress was made. Another issue is with a .uk domain, we need to transfer it but we cannot do that without renewing it, which is stupid. transfer is meant to be free, but then comes with a renewal cost for it. We didnt ask the client for money and we already told him that the transfer is free, now we have to tell him that he has to pay... These things make us look bad in front of our customers.

Thanks for sharing the details, I shared it with the engineering lead. Hopefully, giving some pressure. My team is by the way managing the integration of CentralNic Reseller as well - the successor of HEXONET. If you're interested in migrating, our team could probably help fastening that switch up. We offer a free software bundle for whmcs - find it on the whmcs marketplace. CentralNic Reseller Software Bundle for WHMCS - WHMCS Marketplace If you share your account name with me via PM, I can ask our Sales Team to negotiate prices with you. Have a nice weekend!
