    Set Custom Link order On SSL

    Thanks again Brian - this worked
  2. Big thumbs up to Modules Garden. Their support is second to none. Highly recommend them and money well spent.

    cPanel alternative

    To answer your question, DirectAdmin is a replacement for cPanel and based on the responses from other forums things are going well. Take a look into it or wait for the announcement that cpanel is supposedly making today.
  4. You will most likely need to contact the module developer, ie the registrar
  5. Thanks for the response @RLT - Nicholas - I did initially look at the @zomex seo enhancer but couldnt confirm via their website if it would work for knowledge base articles. Most of the mods that I have seen / reviewed only apply to whmcs pages which is not what I am looking for. Ideally two areas need to be corrected within whmc's code and those are the product specific pages and knowledge base articles. Perhaps zomex can provide feedback and confirm if their seo enhancer will work for product pages and knowledge base articles? Google is penalizing us for the duplicate content within these sections. Lastly, I've used themes before and whilst they are great they land up causing more grey hairs than what they are worth if you're using third party modules so I prefer to use six and customize the existing css. 95% of wordpress developers use six within their testing and this works.
  6. Howdy @brian! Thanks for posting this. Would you be able to advise on how to display and customize meta related content for product pages, and for knowledge base pages add the tags defined to the knowledge base article as keywords?

    Domain transfer issue

    What does the module log show? I suspect that your registrar module has the incorrect credentials stored.
  8. Hey Guys What are your methods of handling failed domain transfers. Currently whmcs does three things upon failure of a domain transfer : Sends the client a mail Changes the status of the domain to cancelled (not transfer failed) Adds a to do item What is the best method of handling these from a whmcs admin perspective as we cannot see a simple way of crediting the transfer fee back to the clients account, nor editing the epp code that was provided at the time of transfer (in circumstances where the provided code is incorrect)
  9. I just managed to get registered on their requests section and cast a proxy vote on your behalf
  10. I have managed to resolve the issue by doing the following, Downloaded ImageMagick portable and copied mogrify.exe to the server based on the recommendations made here https://stackoverflow.com/questions/22745076/libpng-warning-iccp-known-incorrect-srgb-profile Then used the code below to create a batch file that would run mogrify recursively against all folders on the server after reading the following https://stackoverflow.com/questions/29587837/imagemagick-batch-convert-all-pngs-in-subdirectories-to-jpegs The batch script looks like this d:\ cd D:\Domains\XXXXXXXXX\wwwroot\ for /r /d %%a in (*) do mogrify "%%~a\*.png"
  11. Hi all, Hoping that you guys can assist. Last night I noticed that the system cron had not run in 3 days and after much fiddling around I managed to locate the error how ever my attempts to locate the cause have been unsuccessful When running the cron using the command (yes its windows, and its not supported, 🙂 but its worked up until now....) C:\>c:\apps\php-7.0.14-nts-Win32-VC14-x64\php.exe -a "D:\XXXXXXXXXXXXXX\crons\cron.php" "all" "-F" "-vvv" The following is being returned Invoice & Overdue Reminders libpng warning: iCCP: known incorrect sRGB profile libpng warning: iCCP: known incorrect sRGB profile libpng warning: iCCP: known incorrect sRGB profile libpng warning: iCCP: known incorrect sRGB profile libpng warning: iCCP: known incorrect sRGB profile libpng warning: iCCP: known incorrect sRGB profile My searches lead me to these threads which kind of indicated what the issue is, ie corrupt png profile so I removed the logo from whmc's general settings > logo url and reran the cron and no luck, same issue http://help.whmcs.com/m/automation/l/683269-advanced-cron-troubleshooting https://docs.whmcs.com/Cron_Job_Issues#Common_Errors No matter how many times I run the cron it is not getting passed this step and is spamming those particular clients Invoice & Overdue Reminders libpng warning: iCCP: known incorrect sRGB profile libpng warning: iCCP: known incorrect sRGB profile libpng warning: iCCP: known incorrect sRGB profile libpng warning: iCCP: known incorrect sRGB profile libpng warning: iCCP: known incorrect sRGB profile libpng warning: iCCP: known incorrect sRGB profile @brian! - help! - yelp
  12. aha, I tried to login and add the third vote but wasnt able to. I have two profiles on whmcs due to billing.....
  13. Hey Brian This is exactly what is required of whmcs' code and pretty much what I was asking for - pity that its only received two votes and that no one has considered the importance of it.

    Editing Menu Items & Email Template

    This may work to remove certain menu items Save into /includes/hooks/ <?php use WHMCS\View\Menu\Item as MenuItem; add_hook('ClientAreaPrimaryNavbar', 1, function (MenuItem $primaryNavbar) { if (!is_null($primaryNavbar->getChild('Knowledgebase'))) { $primaryNavbar->removeChild('Knowledgebase'); } }); The following allows you to add custom external links <?php #adding Menu Item to primaryNavbar use WHMCS\View\Menu\Item as MenuItem; add_hook('ClientAreaPrimaryNavbar', 1, function (MenuItem $primaryNavbar) { $primaryNavbar->addChild('Support') ->setUri('https://za.domains/') ->setOrder(70); });
  15. Thanks for the response Brian - I'm hoping that one of the dev's at whmcs will notice this thread and consider it for addition within one of the next available updates, even if it is version 8. Understandably there are many variations to registration and transfer policies between registries so its not the simplest and uniform "domain" to develop within how ever it is one that needs some attention after-all. Try explaining to a non technical user who has paid for a transfer that they cant transfer their domain and have to leave it with their previous host for X amount of days. Im sure opensrs would be willing to assist whmcs with the basics considering that there is already a relationship between both parties and opensrs and other major registrars have this information readily available.
