Domain Search not working

Domain Search is not working properly...
It doesn't show any suggestion neither any cost?

Activity Log Shows Error: Unable to perform route mode test: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received   

Can anyone help me with this, please?

I tried and again I tried to continue after search and it was not working again..

This sounds like a firewall issue @SIDEGURU are you using a lookup provider?

Just to rule things out could you change to another provider such as Enom for me please @SIDEGURU you'll need to have an eNom account

@SIDEGURU is this happening when you switch to eNom?  Could you please try enabling the module log in your admin area, trying a search and seeing if anything shows in there,

WHOIS Lookup Error for '': extension not listed in /resources/domains/dist.whois.json or /resources/domains/whois.json

I did it, But it is still not working..

This error is there in Activity log

@SIDEGURU This does indeed indicate there is an issue with the Firewall on your server, please check your firewall logs for any information on what ports are being blocked or rules might be triggering these to resolve the issue.

I contacted whmcs any they solved it.   it was the problem with .htaccess file
