This is the reason we are still on 7.7.x

7.9 is GA does it fix MODULE-7206 ?

I can confirm MODULE-7206 was resolved in WHMCS V7.9.0-Release.1 (GA) MODULE-7206 - Improve calculation for promos on proforma product with 2Checkout Inline
